At Meeks Construction, we’re proud to offer free inspections and quotes for full roofing, siding, window, and exterior remodeling projects. Whether you're replacing your roof or upgrading your entire home's exterior, we're here to walk you through the process — no strings attached.
✅ What’s Free:
If your project involves:
- A full roof replacement
- Siding replacement
- New windows
- New doors
- Or another large-scale exterior project
Then your inspection and quote are completely free — no fees, no pressure.
What’s Not Free (Small Repairs & Service Calls):
For small repairs, such as a few missing shingles, a small siding patch, or isolated gutter issues, we treat those as service calls — and they do come with a $100 diagnosis & dispatch fee.
This covers:
- Sending out a qualified technician
- A full on-site assessment of the issue
- A written diagnosis and quote for the repair
If you choose to move forward with the work, that $100 fee goes toward the cost of the repair.
Why the Difference?
Small repairs require just as much scheduling, travel, and hands-on inspection as bigger jobs — but they’re often urgent and specific. The service call ensures we can get to you quickly and give your issue the attention it deserves.
